Erin Warner was raised in Benbrook, TX and moved to Stephenville to attend Tarleton State University. There, she met her husband, Cody, and together they started their family. Once graduating college, Erin and her family moved to San Antonio for a short while before rushing back to live in the Stephenville and Granbury area. Erin would continue her education graduating with her Masters of Education, working at Tarleton for several years, and landing in Tolar where her children attend school. They became members of Tolar Baptist Church and enjoy serving their community.

Erin has served in many roles from PTO, HOA, youth sports, and with their church. She enjoys serving alongside her friends and community to help make an impact in their lives. She also enjoys watching her children play sports and their involvement in extracurricular activities to include Tolar 4-H and FFA. Lastly, Erin loves to travel, go on walks, and spend time outdoors.

Erin Warner joined Real Estate in order to build relationships and help others accomplish their dreams of home ownership. Erin is a learner, an educator and will be sure her clients fully understand each step throughout the entire home buying and selling process. She is built to help others learn, feel comfortable, and experience joy in their new homes.
